Midnight struck and I came on to the first moments of 2013 in a party. I had wished your arms around me and your face close to mine as the new year started. Although that did not come to be, I thought of you nevertheless and wrote the following:
You infuse me with a peaceful glow
Enlightening and inspiring me
You enfold me with the love of all loves
Nourishing and restoring me.
I know; I just know.
I am special.
I can feel you in quiet evenings.
I can hear you even in the din.
I can see you in those around me.
Some blessed times we are all one
Light burning brightly.
