Deletetook 5 min to watch that video again. Nice connection with Mark Shapiro's thoughts about break-ups; gave some perspective on a relationship that formed for a reason & which we both knew was only for a season - parting still hurt - no longer.
ReplyDeleteI hear you Doug! I've been learning a lot about realities, illusions and beliefs and the insights somewhat blunt the pain of breakups and disappointments. But the problem is no matter what the mind says, the heart keeps being deaf and blind. My only comfort and consolation come from yet another belief -- that the Universe has my best interest in mind and will give me what my heart desires at the appointed time, hopefully in this lifetime.
